the kit comes in a plywood toolbox and contains

1 mortice faceplate that suits lockwood mortice locks 175mm x 25mm with a 60mm backset,

• locks suits doors 32mm to 50mm thick

• 1 tubular faceplate to suit lockwood and steel roller latch (75mm x 22mm oval) suits doors 32mm to 50mm thick

• 1  flushbolt and sill adapter faceplate

• 2 sides with a 60mm backset that work with the mortice and tubular faceplates

• 2 short backset mortice faceplates that are 67mm wide to allow routing of the keylock without interference suits doors 45mm thick

• 2 short backset sides with 23mm and 30mm backset with lock cutout

• 1 box striker plate 15mm thick to allow your router to pass over the aluminium door rebate, mounting holes are 54mm apart the same as your striker for the mortise locks

• 1 striker plate 15mm thick to allow your router to pass over the aliminium door rebate

• 1 100mm hinge faceplate and side to be able to clamp to secure

• 1 internal door closure to suit 815 door closure with a rebate to slide over the aluminium door rebate and a side to be able to clamp to secure

• 2x 6mm aluminium upcut routerbits

• 1 baseplate out of aluminium with intergrated bushing 10mm external and 7mm internal for your choice of router makita,milwaukee,dewalt,aeg and ryobi

• 2 perspex base plates for easier sliding which screw onto the baseplate

• 1 4mm allen key with plastic handle

• bolts and washers

• all face plates 15mm thick made from perspex

• all sides made from 12mm thick perspex
